Arrests: May 23-29

There were seven arrests in Arlington from Wednesday, May 23, to Tuesday, May 29.

 

The following information comes from the Arlington Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, May 29

John P. Morine Jr., 52, of Park Avenue Extension, Arlington, was arrested at about 12:55 p.m. Tuesday on Park Avenue Extension on a court warrant for larceny over $250.

Monday, May 28

No arrests

Sunday, May 27

Stephen W. Eisnor, 34, of Royal Crest Drive, North Andover, was arrested at about 11:45 a.m. Sunday on Windsor Street for violating an abuse prevention order.

Saturday, May 26

Timothy J. Hardy, 19, of Sunnyside Avenue, Arlington, was arrested at about 3:10 a.m. Saturday on Chandler Street for driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), receiving a stolen motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a one-way violation.

Friday, May 25

Stephen W. Eisnor, 34, of Royal Crest Drive, North Andover, was arrested at about 7:15 a.m. Friday for violating an abuse prevention order.

Thursday, May 24

David Federico, 51, of Winthrop Street, Medford, and David J. Federico Jr., 22, of Stewart Street, Burlington, were arrested at about 4 p.m. Thursday for assault and battery. The two men were involved in an altercation with another man in front of a Brattle Street residence that afternoon.

Jose Mercado, 24, of Thorpe Street, Somerville, was arrested at about 2:55 p.m. Thursday for distributing a Class D substance. Mercado allegedly sold a friend $10 worth of marijuana in a car in the Russell Common parking lot in Arlington Center that afternoon.
