Arrests: July 25-31

There were six arrests in Arlington from Wednesday, July 25, to Tuesday, July 31.

 

The following information comes from the Arlington Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, 31

No arrests

Monday, July 30

A juvenile was arrested at about 6:41 a.m. Monday on an active court warrant.

Sunday, July 29

Stanislav Nestorov, 21, of Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, was arrested at about 3:12 p.m. Sunday on Massachusetts Avenue for assault and battery.

Andrew D. Roussinos, 23, of Richgrain Avenue, Waltham, was arrested at about 1:25 a.m. Sunday on the Concord Turnpike for operating under the influence (first offense), impeding the operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Saturday, July 28

No arrests

Friday, July 27

Johnnie M. Smith, 22, of Wrentham Street, Dorchester, was arrested at about 10 p.m. Friday on Appleton Street on an active court warrant. Smith’s warrant was out of Boston for assault and battery.

Thomas A. Ciampaglia, 53, of Homer Road, Arlington, was arrested at about 5:16 p.m. Friday on Massachusetts Avenue on an active court warrant. Ciampaglia’s warrant was out of Arlington for leaving the scene of property damage.

A juvenile was arrested at about 1:23 p.m. Friday on an active court warrant.
