Arrests in Arlington: Oct. 31 to Nov. 6

There were five arrests in Arlington from Wednesday, Oct. 31, to Tuesday, Nov. 6.

 

The following information comes from the Arlington Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Nov. 6

Kimberly M. Duffy, 35, of Medford Street, Arlington, was arrested at about 2:38 a.m. Tuesday on Medford Street on an active court warrant. Duffy’s warrant was for the following charges: being in possession of a Class B drug, being in possession of a Class E drug and conspiracy to violate a drug law.

Monday, Nov. 5

Sarah J. Hubauer, a 27-year-old homeless woman, was arrested at about 9:49 a.m. Sunday on Massachusetts Avenue and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense. Hubauer allegedly stole two boxes of LEGOs and a candy bar from the East Arlington Walgreens that morning.

Sunday, Nov. 4

A juvenile was arrested at about 12:43 a.m. Saturday and charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

Saturday, Nov. 3

No arrests

Friday, Nov. 2

No arrests

Thursday, Nov. 1

Jennifer L. Borucki, 38, of Milton Street, Arlington, was arrested at about 9:57 p.m. Wednesday on Milton Street and charged with assault and battery. Borucki allegedly had an altercation with a woman that night.

Michael A. Janko Jr., 49, of Varnum Street, Arlington, was arrested at about 3:57 p.m. Wednesday on Varnum Street on an active court warrant. Janko’s warrant was out of Arlington for assault and battery.

Saul ,my question. Is why weren't the cuffs Broken out that night ?? The cuffs should have been on her and her husband . There is some back door going on .My guess is she has threatened to sing like a Lark about all the illegal activities that happen out of town hall .. There are lots of skeletons buried in Good Ole Arlington ..

JK P. Annieee is not an embarassment to her group. They admire and support her. If Annieeee ran for any office in town, she would be elected. Annieeee and her crowd never get embarassed, no matter how they behave. So, as Annieeeee's crowd would say "let's move on"
