Arrests in Arlington: March 13-19

There were three arrests in Arlington from Wednesday, March 13, to Tuesday, March 19.

 

The following information comes from the Arlington Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, March 19

Joseph A. Maloof, 31, of Broadway, Arlington, was arrested at about 5:18 p.m. Tuesday and charged with felony breaking and entering during the day with person in fear, home invasion and possession of a burglarious instrument.

Friday, March 15

James R. Kinsella, 18, of Andover Road, Billerica, was arrested at about 10:46 a.m. Friday on Andover Road in Billerica on an active court warrant. Kinsella’s warrant was out of Arlington for receiving stolen property over $250.

Thursday, March 14

Kimberly M. Duffey, 35, of Medford Street, Arlington, was arrested at about 3:39 p.m. Thursday on Medford Street on an active court warrant. Duffey’s warrant was out of Cambridge for possession of Class B and E drugs and conspiracy to violate a drug law.

Wednesday, March 13
