Samuel A. Markwell, 39, of Lowell Avenue, Watertown, was arrested at about 2:20 a.m. on Franklin Street and charged with operating under the influence, first offense, and speeding.

Justin O. Castor, 19, of Mystic Street, Arlington, was arrested at about 7:22 p.m. Friday on Mystic Street and charged with aggravated rape, conspiracy to commit rape, assault with intent to rape, and indecent assault and battery.

Rebecca A. Casper, 30, of Cypress Road, Arlington, was arrested at about 11:10 p.m. Wednesday and charged with assault and battery on an individual more than 60 years old. Casper allegedly had an altercation with a woman that night.
