Timothy S. Libby, 30, of Woodside Lane, Arlington, was arrested at about 9:52 p.m. Sunday on Woodside Lane and charged with assault and battery. Libby allegedly had an altercation with a woman that night. Police said Libby was “intoxicated and belligerent” while being questioned and went on tangents about Barack Obama, taxes and leaf blowers.

Linda A. Bonaccorso, 56, of Old Colony Lane, Arlington, was arrested at about 4:02 a.m. Sunday and charged with assault and battery. Bonaccorso allegedly had an altercation with a woman early that morning.
