If you’re looking for something sweet, Angelina’s Pastry is the place to be, according to our readers.
The Arlington Heights bakery, which offers cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, cheesecakes and more, received 38 votes and two perfect, five-star reviews to narrowly beat out Tryst (28 votes) and Lakota Bakery (22 votes) in our most recent Best of Patch Readers’ Choice contest for the best place to get dessert in town.
“The best desserts around by far!” Julia Rigazio wrote of Angelina’s.
“OUTSTANDING!!!” Jon LaVerde added.
The Chilly Cow and Quebrada Baking Company also received a number of votes.
