James was born in Brookline, to the late James and Josephine (Culkeen) Duggan.
Jim was a longtime employee of Harvard University, M.I.T. and Boston University as a manager of the Mail Room.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 6-8 p.m., in the Saville Chapel of DeVito Funeral Home, 1145 Mass. Ave., Arlington. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 14, at St. Agnes Church, Arlington Ctr., at 10 a.m. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, West Roxbury.
