Former Arlington Resident, Graduate of Arlington High School

  • Deceased's name: Barbara E. (Buckle) Mandrioli

Barbara E. (Buckle) Mandrioli, 88, formerly of Concord and Arlington, died Monday, September 24, 2012 at Elliott Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire. She was the beloved wife of the late John B. Mandrioli. Following World War II, they were married at Our Lady Help of Christians Church in West Concord.

Born in Arlington on January 24, 1924 she was the daughter of the late William and Frances (Mulcahy) Buckle. She attended Arlington public schools and graduated
from Arlington High School in 1941.

For many years, Mrs. Mandrioli worked in the banking industry in the local area.


She was a longtime resident of West Concord where she raised her family, and was an active communicant and CCD teacher at Our Lady Help of Christians Church. She enjoyed knitting and vacationing in Cape Cod and the New
Hampshire Lake regions.

Survivors include her son, John S. Mandrioli of Londonderry, New Hampshire, two grandsons, John Samuel Mandrioli and John Daniel Mandrioli, two
sisters, Dorothy Dunkle of Cape Cod and Eleanor Sadlow of Concord.

Visitation:

Visiting hours at the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center will be held on Thursday, September 27th from 9:30 to 10:30 AM followed by a funeral Mass in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center at 11 AM.

Service:

Funeral Mass following the visitation will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, September 27th in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center.

Cemetery:

Burial will be in the family burial plot in St. Bernard’s Cemetery, Concord.
